Welcome to Quadle. Quadle is a free puzzle game published by Stringband Games ("we", "us", "our"). By using Quadle at quadle.io, or as an installed app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the game. We've kept them short and plain on purpose.
Quadle is free to play for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may play it as much as you like, on any device, and install it to your home screen where your browser supports that. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt or overload it, interfering with other players' use of it, or accessing it through automated means intended to cause harm.
Quadle has no user accounts and no login. Your game progress, stats, and streaks are stored locally in your own browser, on your own device. Because of this, we can't recover or transfer your progress — if you clear your browser data or switch devices, your stats do not follow you. This is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
Quadle, including its name, design, gameplay, graphics, and code, is the property of Stringband Games and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the game or its assets without our written permission. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots and to tell people about the game — that kind of sharing is encouraged.
Quadle is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads shown in the game are provided by Google and its partners, and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out of personalized ads, is covered in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Quadle available, accurate, and fun, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that every puzzle will display perfectly on every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stringband Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the game.
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of Quadle at any time, including its features, modes, or these Terms. When we change these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Quadle after a change means you accept the revised Terms, so it's worth checking back occasionally.
